For anesthesiologists
Courses and webinars.
Medical training prepares an anesthesiologist to give an anesthetic. It does not prepare anyone for the business of anesthesia. Dr. Rad teaches physician anesthesiologists who are entering office-based dental practice, covering everything that surrounds the clinical work.
The course
Transition to office-based dental anesthesia.
The course is a one-day live session for board-certified and board-eligible physician anesthesiologists who are considering office-based dental practice, whether as a complete transition or as one or two days a week alongside existing work.
It covers the delivery model and weekly logistics, sourcing drugs and equipment, licensing and regulatory compliance, forming and running the business entity, finding and keeping dental partners, and setting fees and collecting them.
Attendees receive an office readiness checklist, a drug and equipment sourcing list, an outreach kit, a sample service agreement, a startup budget worksheet, a ninety-day launch roadmap, the session recording, and the slide deck.

Who it is for
Who the course is for
Clinically experienced, commercially new. The course is written for anesthesiologists who are entirely comfortable with the clinical work and have never had to form a business entity, negotiate a service agreement, set a fee schedule, or navigate a state permit process.
It does not teach anesthesia technique, and it does not offer CME or CE credit, because the subject is the business and regulation of the practice rather than its clinical content.
Dr. Rad built his own practice from a single anesthesiologist and one dental office into a group, and handles the permits, insurance, equipment, contracts, billing, hiring, and scheduling himself. The course is the material he wishes had existed when he started.
